Helix License Terms

1. Single-Device License & No Sharing

Your license key is granted strictly for individual, personal, and non-commercial use on a single device. Sharing your license key, account details, or software files with others is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your access key without notice.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Helix client software, loader, or website. You must not distribute, resell, lease, rent, or publicly display the software. Attempting to bypass security controls or license checks will trigger automatic key revocation.

3. No Refunds

All purchases of Helix license keys, subscriptions, and associated services are final. Under no circumstances will refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations be processed. Ensure compatibility and resolve inquiries prior to purchasing a key.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Helix is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. The publishers and developers of Helix are not liable for:

• Accounts banned, terminated, or restricted by Roblox or third-party platforms.
• Software crashes, hardware issues, or other operational bugs.
• Our decision to modify, suspend, terminate, or discontinue updates for the product at any time.

5. Acceptance & Support

By redeeming or utilizing a Helix license key, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product. If you have any inquiries, join our Discord Server.
